A: Yes. We don’t assume ownership of any works uploaded to BetaReader.io. In fact, the copyright to your own work is yours the instant you create it, and no one can steal that from you.
Q: I love the site, but I miss a couple of features that would make it super useful.

Q: Are reviews and comments public?
A: No they are not, only the author gets to see the comments and book reviews. So that readers are not biased by other readers reviews and comments.
